Bando Nozomi (坂東希) is a Japanese performer, actress and model. She is a former member of Flower and E-girls.

Early Life

Bando Nozomi was born on September 4, 1997 in Tokyo, Japan. She began classical ballet classes at the age of 3.

When she was in the fourth grade of elementary school, she was scouted by LDH while she was at Odaiba Boken Ou with her family. At that time, she aspired to become a model, so she accepted the offer and went on to attend EXPG Tokyo.[1]

On August 30, she was one of the winners of the audition Miss Seventeen 2011, an event held by the magazine Seventeen.[3] She started working for the magazine as an exclusive model from the October issue.[1]

On October 12, she debuted as a member of FLOWER with the single "Still".

2012

In July, she made her acting debut in the TV drama GTO.

2015

In April, she graduated from the magazine Seventeen, ending her work as an exclusive model for the magazine.[4][1]

2019

On September 30, 2019 she left Flower with the group's disbandment, remaining as member of E-girls. On December 22 in the same year, with the announcement of E-girls' disbandment set for around the end of 2020, it was revealed that Bando would focus on acting and modeling activities.[5]

2020

On December 31, 2020, she left E-girls with the group's disbandment. After the disbandment, her profile was moved to the actor section.

2022

On December 31, 2022, Bando announced that she would be leaving LDH JAPAN on the same day after 14 years with the company.[6][7][8][9][10] She also announced that she would open a new personal Instagram and Twitter account and closing her previous ones on January 31, 2023 and January 1, 2023 respectively.[11][12][13]

This time, I am pleased to announce that I am leaving LDH JAPAN.

I have been indebted (to the company) for 14 years, counting from before the debut of Flower and E-girls. I am surprised myself that so much time has passed as I write this.

Thanks to HIRO, the many staff members, seniors, and friends, I have been able to see many sights that I could not have seen on my own. The 14 years I spent at LDH were definitely my youth.

The times are changing rapidly, and as time progresses, I came to this decision because I wanted to challenge myself by changing the environment from a place that has always warmly watched over me.

I am sorry if I have surprised you with my sudden announcement, but I will continue to work as usual. I will do my best every day in a new environment so that I can give you all many happy reports! I would be very happy if you all could continue to watch over me.

On February 12, she announced that she had joined a new agency, Sticker Inc., as an actress.[15]
